Return & Refund Policy

At MiniTek.lk, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.

  1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items such as tempered glass, earphones, charging cables, or items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank Transfer / Card / Wallet) within 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  1. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when returning an item, unless the item was damaged or delivered incorrectly.
Please ensure the return package is securely packed.
